Best Mexican spot in Winston. Food is always hot and fresh, portions are huge, and prices are affordable. They have a wonderful staff and food comes out very quickly regardless of how busy they are. Horchata is very good, salsa is great, and they even have red and green traditional salsa if you ask for it. Been coming here for 15 years. Never had a bad experience.

Not your typical Mexican restaurant! The food was excellent and the prices were surprisingly low for what you get. Chips and salsa were great. Service prompt and courteous.

My first visit was great!! The food was so very good! Huge portions, beautifully plated. Great flavor. Very reasonably priced. The flan was wonderful!! Shout out to our server, Suzuki!!!

We come to this location multiple times a month because it’s just that good. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is consistently fast, and the staff are some of the friendliest around. Recently, we placed a delivery order since we couldn’t dine in due to work. DoorDash messed up the order, but the manager personally stepped in and delivered it himself. That level of care and commitment is rare and so appreciated. This place truly values its customers, and it shows. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Our experience here was phenomenal. There's plenty of parking and plenty of space inside. The food was SO flavorful and the portions were huge. Service was great and they were not short on servers! This ranks in the top 5 for us and currently stands as the best in Winston Salem. We'll definitely be back.

Pancho Villa was the best Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service is 5 star, the food 5 star and the atmosphere was 5 star. Food took no time to get to our table and was delicious. They even offer lunch specials on Saturdays! If you are in the mood for Mexican cuisine and want an experience that will exceed all expectations, please visit Pancho Villa. You will not be disappointed.

It’s been awhile since visiting Pancho’s. My daughter and I were treated like royalty. The owner is constantly wandering around the restaurant making sure everyone is having a memorable dining experience. Efren is the priceless piece to this restaurant’s puzzle that many other restaurants lack. His attention to detail is evident in the food and the wait staff. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!
